Customer information

Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how Autotech of Wandsworth Ltd handles bookings, MOT testing, servicing, diagnostics and vehicle repair work. They are written for general website use and should be reviewed before final publication.

Business details

Autotech of Wandsworth Ltd. Registered office: Suite 26 95 Miles Road, Mitcham, England, CR4 3FH. Phone: +44 208 870 1366. Email: Imranzafar8@googlemail.com.

Bookings and estimates

Bookings may be requested online, by phone or by email. A booking is confirmed only when we accept it. Any estimate is based on the information available at the time and may change if further inspection shows that additional work, parts or labour are required. We will seek customer approval before carrying out additional chargeable work.

MOT testing

MOT tests are carried out according to DVSA requirements. An MOT confirms whether a vehicle meets the required road safety and environmental standards at the time of test. It is not a full mechanical inspection and does not replace regular servicing or maintenance.

Servicing, diagnostics and repairs

We aim to provide honest advice, transparent pricing and competent workmanship. Diagnostic work is charged for the time and equipment used to identify a fault; it does not always guarantee that every fault can be confirmed without further investigation. Repair times and parts availability can vary.

Parts

Replacement parts may be original equipment, equivalent-quality or customer-approved alternatives. Warranty terms can vary by part type and supplier. Parts supplied by customers may not be covered by our parts warranty, and we may decline to fit parts that we consider unsuitable or unsafe.

Payment and vehicle collection

Payment is due when work is completed and before the vehicle is released, unless agreed otherwise in writing. We may retain the vehicle until payment is received. Vehicles should be collected promptly once the customer has been notified that work is complete.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact details, vehicle information and any relevant history or symptoms. Personal belongings should be removed before leaving a vehicle with us. Customers remain responsible for insurance, tax and legal use of the vehicle.

Cancellations and delays

Please tell us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking. We will do our best to meet agreed timescales, but parts delays, additional faults or supplier issues can affect completion dates.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, normal wear and tear, unrelated defects, loss of personal items left in the vehicle or delays outside our reasonable control.

Complaints

If something is not right, please contact us first so we can investigate and respond. We aim to deal with complaints fairly, clearly and without unnecessary delay.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
